30-day returns and exchanges
We want him to love it. If it doesn't fit or isn't right, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
Change of mind or wrong size
Items must be unwashed and unworn (other than trying on), with original packaging.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Size exchanges: we'll send the new size once your return is on its way.
Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under it.
How to start a return Email treycreated@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
